Ayanna is an activist, policy maker and advocate. Ayanna, who was first of her race to get elected to the U.S. House of Representatives in Massachusetts on 6th November in 2018 She is an advocate who is a policymaker as well as an activist. Ayanna believes that the people closest to the pain should be closest to the power and believes that diversity of voices within the political arena is vital to crafting more effective public policy.
