Fawn MCK Brodie was born on September 15th, 1915 at Ogden Utah. Fawn, a member of the Mormon church's most prestigious family, merged her writing abilities and outstanding research skills into a brilliant biography on Joseph Smith. No Man knew My History appeared in 1945. The name was taken from the sermon title that Joseph Smith delivered in 1844. In the sermon, he stunned his listeners with his words: "You are not my friend and have not heard my thoughts. Nobody knows my past. I can't tell.
